About the Firm
Our client is a leading professional services firm with a strong and growing Audit practice. Renowned for technical excellence, client focus, and a collaborative culture, the firm continues to expand its London partnership team to support sustained growth and new market opportunities.
The Opportunity
As a Partner on the Aim side of the business, you will play a pivotal leadership role in driving audit quality, client relationships, and strategic growth across key Aim, Large and complex entities — including ideally PIE audits.
- You’ll work closely with fellow Partners and senior leadership to deliver high-impact assurance services, shape the firm’s audit strategy, and strengthen its market reputation as a trusted adviser to regulated clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a portfolio of high-profile audit clients.
- Provide strategic direction and ensure delivery of high-quality, risk-focused audits.
- Drive business development and client acquisition.
- Mentor, develop, and inspire senior audit teams.
- Contribute to firm-wide leadership and thought leadership in the FS audit market.
- Engage with regulators, boards, and audit committees to uphold transparency and trust.
About You
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent) with extensive post-qualification experience.
- Proven track record at Partner or Director level within a top-tier or leading mid-tier firm.
- Deep expertise in Financial Services audit, ideally with regulated entities.
- Commercially astute, with strong leadership and business development skills.
- Collaborative, strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
