About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Asset Services Product who has proven experience within Corporate Action processing. You will be responsible for our continued delivery of our current solutions and roadmap, managerial responsibility of the product owners within this, and our future strategy.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Delivering the defined strategy for the Asset Services Product (Corporate Actions)
- Accountable for the successful delivery of the Asset Services product within our Custody Transformation journey
- Accountable for ensuring sprint management adheres to the Agile process
- Ensure any vendor delivery is closely monitored and meets internal standards
- Work in close partnership with peers across Tech and Ops taking responsibility for the Quarterly Business review process.
- Responsible for regular senior management reporting of progress, risks, deliveries etc.
Your Skills and Experience
- Prior experience leading the Corporate Actions/Asset Services deliveries of other Banks/Custodians
- People management experience
- Deep knowledge of the Corporate Action market nuances across Europe (essential) and globally (preferred)
- Strong communicator – written and verbal with high attention to detail
- Prior use of Agile methodology preferred
- Proven relevant working experience
