Overview

At Gallagher, we’re searching for someone who’s driven by a passion for helping businesses and their people flourish. As an Employee Benefits Consultant, you’ll partner with a diverse range of clients, delivering bespoke advice on pensions, healthcare, and group risk cover.

For this role, we’re particularly keen to connect with individuals who bring expertise in at least two of these areas and are eager to grow their knowledge in the third.

How You’ll Make An Impact

You’ll take the lead on a portfolio of clients, becoming their trusted adviser and go-to expert. Every day, you’ll deliver clear, practical advice on workplace pensions, group risk, and healthcare, building strong relationships with HR and Finance leaders. By understanding their needs and supporting their teams, you’ll play a key role in helping them thrive.

About You

  • In-depth knowledge of workplace pensions, group risk, or healthcare cover.
  • Proven experience in building strong client relationships and delivering personalised, impactful advice.
  • A talent for breaking down complex topics into clear, straightforward language—whether in reports, presentations, or conversations.
  • A proactive mindset, always seeking opportunities and crafting effective solutions.
  • Confidence with IT tools, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • A strong commitment to ethical practices and ensuring fair, positive outcomes for clients.
