About The Venue

The Market at 22 Bishopsgate is a bustling and thriving space that caters for every preference and appetite. Home to a restaurant and terraced bar, food stalls, as well as a dedicated events space, exclusively available to 22B occupiers and their visitors during the week and open to the public for Saturday brunch.

The operation is managed by Rhubarb, a leading luxury hospitality company and part of Oak View Group (OVG) — a global powerhouse in live entertainment and venue management. It's a complex, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders, high volumes, and absolutely no room for the back of house operation to slip.

Rhubarb Hospitality Collection is looking for an experienced Catering Manager to take full operational ownership of a prestigious corporate catering operation in the City of London at 22 Bishopsgate.

Working as part of the Rhubarb team, you will lead daily catering and hospitality operations, ensuring exceptional service across café operations, meeting room hospitality, and corporate events. This is a client-facing leadership role where you will manage a team, build strong stakeholder relationships, and maintain the highest standards of food service, corporate hospitality, and health & safety compliance.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing the day-to-day corporate catering operation, including daily briefings, allergen labelling, staffing levels, rota preparation, and ensuring the café is fully stocked and presented to company standards
  • Acting as the main point of contact for bespoke client requests and attending weekly Rhubarb events meetings to review service delivery and upcoming hospitality requirements
  • Leading and motivating the on-site catering team to deliver exceptional customer service and corporate hospitality experiences
  • Upholding health and safety standards across the operation, including weekly equipment safety checks and ensuring team training is always up to date
  • Driving consistently high standards across café services, meeting room catering, boardroom hospitality, and client-facing events

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Catering Manager, Hospitality Manager, Corporate Hospitality Manager,
  • Strong background in corporate catering, contract catering, hospitality, or a similar professional client-facing environment
  • Proven experience leading and developing teams within a fast-paced food and beverage operation
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage senior stakeholders

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience within a corporate hospitality, boardroom dining, directors' dining, or executive catering environment
  • Experience delivering high-quality hospitality services to senior stakeholders and corporate clients

Good to Know

  • Salary: £39,000 - £42,000 DOE

  • Working pattern: Monday to Friday
