This is a full-time Corporate & Commercial Solicitor role, suitable for a solicitor with approximately 3–5 years’ PQE, based at our Northampton office. The successful candidate will advise a diverse client base, including SMEs, owner-managed businesses, larger organisations and senior individuals, on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. You will have the opportunity to manage your own files, work closely with clients, collaborate with colleagues across the firm and contribute to the continued growth of our corporate and commercial practice. The role requires accurate and timely case management, clear client communication, sound commercial judgment and the ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

What we are looking for
- A strong foundation in corporate and commercial law, with approximately 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience advising business clients.
- A proactive approach, using initiative to progress matters, support clients and contribute to positive outcomes.
- The confidence to recognise when specialist input is needed and coordinate effectively with colleagues across the firm.
- The ability to manage a varied caseload independently while working collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
- A client-focused and commercially grounded style, with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
- An interest in business development and a willingness to play an active role in growing the firm’s client base.
