Corporate Commercial Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Bristol, GBP 60,000+ (DOE): We are seeking a commercially focused Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a growing team in Bristol. REF: 4603.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and client-focused lawyer who enjoys working closely with businesses and advising on a broad range of commercial matters.
- The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their expertise, work alongside experienced colleagues, and become a valued member of a collaborative and ambitious team.
- We are looking for someone who combines strong technical ability with a practical understanding of business needs.

Skills Required
- Applications are sought from Corporate Commercial Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE.
- Have strong technical knowledge and the ability to handle a varied caseload.
- Demonstrate excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Be commercially aware and able to understand clients' wider business objectives.
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships.
- Be organized, proactive, and able to manage deadlines effectively.
