Are you a driven Corporate Commercial Solicitor ready to take the next step in your career? We’re working with a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm to recruit a talented solicitor into their growing corporate team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking, multi-office practice working with a diverse client base including SMEs, owner-managed businesses, and larger regional organisations.
Depending on your location, this role can be based out of any of their offices across the South West.
The Role
You’ll be joining a thriving and expanding corporate team, working on a wide range of matters with a particular focus on corporate transactions involving property elements.

Your work will include:
- Advising on M&A transactions, including asset and share sales and purchases
- Drafting and negotiating key documents such as SPAs, APAs, NDAs, Heads of Terms and disclosure letters
- Supporting corporate restructures, demergers and reorganisations
- Assisting with investment rounds, shareholder agreements and articles of association
- Managing client relationships and liaising with other parties to drive transactions forward efficiently
You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of your work, collaborate closely with senior colleagues, and play a key role in the continued growth of the team.
About You
We’re keen to speak with solicitors who:
- Have 2+ years’ PQE in corporate and commercial law
- Possess strong technical skills and attention to detail, particularly in drafting and negotiations
- Have experience (or a strong interest) in the property aspects of corporate deals
- Are confident managing their own caseload and building lasting client relationships
- Can communicate complex legal concepts clearly and commercially
- Are proactive, organised and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
