Job Description Overview

Visa is seeking a highly organized and proactive Associate to join us on a fixed-term contract of up to three months. This role will provide flexible support across two Visa functions during a critical period at the start of the fiscal year. The Specialist/Associate will contribute to a variety of projects and operational activities that help teams successfully launch and execute their priorities for the new financial year. The role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to multiple parts of the business, work with diverse stakeholders, and contribute to high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of fiscal year launch activities across multiple teams.
  • Assist with project management activities, including tracking milestones, maintaining plans, and coordinating deliverables.
  • Prepare presentations, communications, reports, and other business documents.
  • Support meetings, workshops, and events, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up actions.
  • Gather, organize, and analyze information to support decision-making and project delivery.
  • Maintain project documentation, trackers, and records to ensure accuracy and visibility of progress.
  • Partner with stakeholders across functions to help drive execution of key priorities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and team effectiveness.
  • Provide general operational and administrative support as required.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across different teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous internship, project coordination, programme support, or business operations experience.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional projects or initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently while demonstrating sound judgement and initiative.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
