About The Job
As a Corporate Communications Apprentice, you will help bring Sanofi's communications to life by creating engaging content, supporting internal campaigns, and helping employees stay connected with our purpose. Working alongside the Corporate Communications team, you'll contribute to both internal and external communications while developing practical skills in content creation, digital communications, event support, and corporate storytelling.

Main Responsibilities
- Create and publish engaging content across internal communication channels, including newsletters, employee communications, and digital platforms.
- Support the planning and delivery of internal communication campaigns, corporate announcements, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist with managing and updating websites, intranet pages, and social media content to ensure information is accurate and engaging.
- Help create digital assets, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia content for internal communications.
- Support the planning and delivery of internal events, Town Halls, and employee engagement activities, both in-person and virtual.
- Collaborate with teams across the business to help develop clear, effective communications that support organisational priorities.
- Monitor communication and engagement metrics to help evaluate the impact of campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.

About you
To be eligible for this apprenticeship, you must meet the entry requirements for a Level 4 apprenticeship, including five GCSEs (including English and Maths) and a Level 3 qualification, such as A Levels or equivalent.
To excel in this role, you will need to have:
- Strong written English with the ability to communicate clearly and adapt your writing for different audiences.
- An interest in communications, digital content creation, marketing, or corporate affairs, with a willingness to learn new creative tools such as Canva or video editing software.
- Previous experience in a professional, academic, or voluntary environment where you have demonstrated organisation and collaboration skills.
- A proactive approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage your own tasks while working effectively as part of a team.
- Genuine enthusiasm for healthcare, science, and corporate communications.
