About This Position

This one-year graduate programme is designed to accelerate your development in corporate communications. You’ll gain hands-on experience across a diverse range of disciplines, from social media and digital storytelling to internal communications, events, and media relations.

You won’t just observe - you’ll contribute, create, and build confidence in your ability to deliver impactful communication strategies.

What You’ll Do

As a Corporate Communications Graduate, you will become an integral part of Henkel’s small but high-impact Corporate Communications team, contributing to projects that shape both internal and external engagement.

  • Support the Corporate Communications team to deliver the Communication Strategy across UK, Ireland and Nordic regions
  • Help create digital content shared internally and externally across Henkel (articles, interviews, videos)
  • Research, write and edit features and news sections of Henkel.co.uk and internal communications news hub
  • Assist the Corporate Communications Specialist to deliver high quality projects and events throughout the year
  • Create and manage engaging content for multiple channels including copywriting, visual assets, and community interaction, helping to grow and strengthen Henkel’s digital presence
  • Produce multi-media content such as blog posts, videos and podcasts, bringing stories to life in creative and innovative ways
  • Research, write, and edit content for Henkel.co.uk and internal communications platforms, ensuring clear, compelling storytelling
  • Build a strong internal network across business units to identify stories, conduct interviews, and generate fresh content ideas
  • Contribute creative concepts for communication campaigns that enhance brand reputation and employee engagement
  • Develop and track performance benchmarks across social, web, and intranet platforms, gaining insight into what drives successful communications

What Makes You a Good Fit

We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic about communications and eager to learn, with the confidence to bring new ideas and perspectives.

  • A degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s, or equivalent) completed before September 2026 (and no more than two years prior) in a relevant field
  • Some exposure to communications, PR, or social media management (through internships, projects, or work experience)
  • Be highly organised – able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Have a keen attention to details, deadlines and quality – delivers reliable, consistent output
  • Enjoy working with people and developing relationships
  • Proactive and enjoy generating ideas for campaigns and content
  • Strong writing ability – clear, concise, and engaging across different formats (social, web, internal)
  • A proactive mindset, with a willingness to take initiative and contribute ideas
  • Good digital skills, including familiarity with MS Office (Adobe tools are a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
