Ready to take your career global?

Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Corporate Counsel III to join the Enterprise Legal Team and help shape the future of global commerce.

What You’ll Own

The Corporate Counsel III is responsible for the provision of high-quality legal advice, policy, and direction to the EMEA Enterprise business with a focus on commercial contract and regulatory work. Critical to this will be the ability to work seamlessly across time zones with Worldpay’s global commercial, legal, and compliance teams, with the majority of time dedicated to merchant risk analysis, contract drafting and negotiations, and providing legal advice.

The success of this role rests upon the ability to rapidly build personal credibility and ensure effective stakeholder management across the business group.

  • Provide high-quality, business-focused legal support directly to a growing and developing global business through a strong understanding of both legal requirements and commercial implications.
  • Commercial contracts drafting and negotiation, liaising with customers, suppliers, and senior management in respect of negotiations, transaction structuring, and contributing to debates and implementing solutions outside of the legal remit.
  • Reviewing and advising on the legal status of prospective merchants, to the extent the prospective merchant is in a regulated industry.
  • Ensuring continual improvements to the capabilities of the in-house legal function, including in the field of legal technologies.
  • Driving a consistency of approach across Worldpay in respect of appetite, policy standards, and governance.
  • Legal education for the business through bespoke training.
  • Managing and engaging with external counsel (primarily re regulatory matters).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
