Corporate Development Associate
We’re working with a fast-growing, private equity-backed financial services group looking to hire a Corporate Development Associate to support its ongoing acquisition strategy.
The Role
You’ll play a key role in the full deal lifecycle, including:
- Identifying and screening acquisition targets
- Leading valuation, financial analysis and business case development
- Assisting with deal execution through to completion

The role offers genuine end-to-end exposure, rather than a narrow execution-only remit.
Candidate Profile
- 2.5–5 years’ experience in investment banking (M&A), Big 4 deal advisory, or corporate development
- Experience within financial services deals
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Commercial mindset with the ability to engage credibly with:
- Founders
- Advisors
- Senior stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in a PE-backed, fast-paced environment
