Corporate Development Associate - Financial Services

Corporate Development Associate

We’re working with a fast-growing, private equity-backed financial services group looking to hire a Corporate Development Associate to support its ongoing acquisition strategy.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in the full deal lifecycle, including:

  • Identifying and screening acquisition targets
  • Leading valuation, financial analysis and business case development
  • Assisting with deal execution through to completion

Candidate Profile

  • 2.5–5 years’ experience in investment banking (M&A), Big 4 deal advisory, or corporate development
  • Experience within financial services deals
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to engage credibly with:
    • Founders
    • Advisors
    • Senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating in a PE-backed, fast-paced environment
