Cedar is partnering with a fast-growing, Private Equity-backed technology business that's executing an ambitious buy-and-build strategy and is looking to hire an exceptional Corporate Development Manager to join its in-house M&A team.
This is a rare opportunity to step away from advising clients and take ownership of live acquisitions from strategy through to execution, working directly with an experienced leadership team and PE investors.
What you'll be doing:
- Identifying and evaluating acquisition opportunities.
- Leading financial analysis, valuation, and commercial assessment.
- Managing due diligence and transaction execution.
- Working closely with senior leadership, investors, and external advisers.
- Supporting post-acquisition integration and helping shape long-term growth strategy.

Who we're looking for:
- Top-performing professionals currently in Investment Banking, Big 4 Deals/Transaction Services/Lead Advisory, or Strategy Consulting.
- Strong financial modelling, analytical, and commercial skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A genuine ambition to build a career in corporate development and M&A within industry.
- Individuals who thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and want to make a tangible impact.
