Key Responsibilities
- Shape the vision, direction and performance of the entire organisation and support delivery of the Council's overall strategy.
- Strengthen financial management and continue improvement in SEND services.
- Respond to rising demand for children's services and lead the next phase of the organisational journey.
- Foster collaboration, partnership working and organisational influence across the council and external partners.
