Corporate Distribution Co-Ordinator

Reporting to: Corporate Distribution Manager

We are a leading London based specialist mortgage brokers and employee benefit supplier, looking for a hard-working and detail orientated individual to join our expanding Corporate Services Team, looking after the employees of over 1200 of the leading UK corporations.

Purpose of Role

To manage the end-to-end onboarding and launch of new corporate partnerships, maintain introducer relationships, coordinate engagement activities, and provide operational support across the team.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Partnership Onboarding

  • Manage new corporate introductions from beginning through to launch and ongoing engagement.
  • Coordinate and schedule introductory meetings with HR contacts and maintain accurate records of all activity.
  • Create and maintain booking sites, promotional materials, and supporting documentation.
  • Host introduction meetings and manage all post-meeting communications and follow-up activity.
  • Support launch planning, promotional campaigns, webinars, seminars, and employee engagement events.
  • Liaise with internal teams, including Marketing, to develop bespoke promotional materials where required.
  • Monitor engagement following launch and provide ongoing support to maximise uptake and awareness.

Stakeholder & Introducer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with introducer partners and consultants.
  • Provide regular updates on the progress of introductions and partnership activity.
  • Support the onboarding of new introducer partners through service introduction meetings.
  • Contribute to ongoing relationship management through periodic performance and activity updates.

Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain accurate partnership records, pipeline trackers, booking sites, and status reports.
  • Ensure all corporate data and employee information are kept up to date.
  • Produce weekly pipeline updates and collate data for monthly board reporting.

Events & Benefit Fairs

  • Coordinate logistics and communications for benefit fairs, webinars, seminars, and promotional events.
  • Work with Marketing and advisers to ensure materials are available and distributed in a timely manner.
  • Liaise directly with client HR teams to confirm event arrangements and requirements.
  • Monitor and manage promotional stock levels and event resources.

General Team Support

  • Act as a point of contact for existing corporate accounts, responding to enquiries and coordinating support activities.
  • Assist with client engagement initiatives and event delivery as required.
  • Provide administrative and operational support across the wider team.
  • Assist with lead allocation processes and booking site amendments.
  • Support colleagues with ad hoc projects, requests, and service delivery activities as required.

  • Successful onboarding and launch of new corporate partnerships.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
  • Accurate reporting and pipeline management.
  • Delivery of high-quality events and promotional activities.
  • Ongoing support to maximise corporate engagement and service uptake.

Person Specification

We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and positive individual to join our dynamic and high-performing team. This is a busy and varied role that requires someone who thrives on building relationships, takes ownership of their work, and enjoys engaging with people at all levels.

The successful candidate will be confident in establishing and developing relationships with key stakeholders from the outset, demonstrating a personable, approachable, and professional manner.

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously are essential.

You will have:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a client-facing administrative role.
  • Experience of public speaking, presenting, or delivering workshops to groups.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to suit a wide range of audiences, from HR Administrators through to Finance Directors and senior stakeholders.
  • A warm, engaging, and confident presentation style.
  • A proactive, can-do approach and willingness to support the wider team.
  • Experience of working collaboratively within a high-performing team environment.
  • A curious and inquisitive nature, with a genuine desire to learn, develop new skills, and build a rewarding career.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively.

Desirable:

  • Experience or knowledge of HR, Employee Benefits, Financial Services, or a related sector.

Salary

The salary for this role is fixed at £35,000 p.a., with an additional discretionary quarterly bonus scheme which is performance related and capped at £4,000 p.a. = max annual salary £39,000 p.a.
