Equity Capital Markets Associate (4+ PQE)
Location: London Contract Type: Permanent & Fixed-Term
A leading international law firm is looking to grow its highly regarded Equity Capital Markets practice and is hiring four lawyers:
- 2 Permanent Associates
- 2 Fixed-Term Contract Associates
This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading ECM team working on a broad range of high-profile UK and international capital markets transactions alongside one of the firm's leading partners.
The Role
You will advise issuers, investment banks, sponsors, and listed companies on:
- IPOs and public listings
- Secondary fundraisings and platings
- Rights issues and open offers
- Public company advisory work
- Corporate governance and ongoing disclosure obligations
- Cross-border capital markets transactions

You’ll work closely with clients across a range of sectors, gaining significant responsibility and exposure on complex, high-value matters within a collaborative international team.
About You
You will ideally have:
- 4+ years' PQE (or equivalent international experience)
- Strong Equity Capital Markets experience gained at a recognised City or international law firm
- Experience advising on UK listed company transactions
- Excellent drafting, technical, and client management skills
- A commercial, proactive approach with the ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing team
