Job Description:

Please ensure you submit a covering letter with your application*

We work with midmarket companies on strategies for growth and exit, building relationships with our clients, becoming their trusted advisor and helping them to identify the appropriate transaction to facilitate growth, whether this be through private equity or debt funding solutions. We enable founders to exit or identify succession by finding the right trade partner or investor, or indeed to float through the public markets.

For this role you will support deal teams across tasks to prepare and take a business to market, executing and negotiating sell-side and buy-side transactions. You will employ multiple skillsets utilising your financial expertise and negotiation skills in the execution and completion of a deal. In addition to this you will be part of a collegiate and collaborative team who genuinely enjoy working and celebrating success together.

We believe we’re best positioned to make a meaningful impact on the economy. Every day, we provide a diverse range of organisations with the kind of business and financial advice it takes to do this. Our ideas and insights empower our clients to make big decisions about the future and unlock sustainable growth. With a relentless focus on quality and integrity, we help businesses, communities, and our people flourish.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
