An exceptional position is available for a high-calibre finance professional to join a dynamic and entrepreneurial Corporate Finance team based in Northampton.
About the Role
This position is ideal for a qualified accountant looking to transition from audit or commercial finance into a strategic advisory environment. You’ll gain direct exposure to:
- Transactions
- Value creation initiatives

Responsibilities
- Financial & Strategic Analysis
- Prepare high-quality business plans, financial models, information memoranda, and strategic forecasts
- Support the full deal lifecycle—from origination to completion—with hands-on transaction execution
- Conduct market research to identify acquisition targets, investors, and buyers

Valuation & Financial Advisory
- Assist with company valuations, exit planning, and fundraising activities
- Deliver and support financial due diligence engagements

Stakeholder Engagement & Decision-Making
- Analyse financial performance to inform strategic decisions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with exceptional service delivery
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, advisers, and transaction teams throughout deals
Qualifications & Requirements
- Qualified accountant status (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
- Experience in Audit, Transaction Services, or Commercial Finance
- Full UK driving licence
Preferred Skills & Mindset

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: £55,000 (competitive)
- Performance Bonus: Uncapped structure—average first-year earnings of £85k
