What you'll be doing
- Support Corporate Finance and M&A projects through financial analysis, valuation, modelling and commercial research.
- Build robust financial models, client presentations and analytical reports using advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Work alongside experienced Corporate Finance professionals on live transactions, gaining exposure to every stage of the deal lifecycle.
- Develop your technical and commercial expertise within a growing team, with a clear pathway to Senior Analyst, Assistant Manager and beyond.
What you'll bring
- Experience within Corporate Finance, M&A, Transaction Services, Audit or another analytical environment
- Advanced Excel skills and the ability to produce high-quality financial models and presentations
- Strong commercial awareness, analytical thinking and excellent communication skills
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and ambition to build a long-term career in Corporate Finance
