The Opportunity
Clearwater is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Corporate Finance Associate to join its growing Birmingham team. This is an excellent opportunity for newly qualified professionals to accelerate their careers within a fast-paced, international advisory firm.

What You'll Do
As a Corporate Finance Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of complex transactions and delivering high-quality advice to clients. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing information memoranda, and other marketing materials
- Reviewing company financial information and providing analytical input
- Coordinating third party due diligence with external advisors
- Working closely with accountants, lawyers, banks, and investors throughout transactions
- Conducting sector research to support client engagements and pitches
- Contributing to client presentations and business development activity
- Developing an understanding of key legal and tax considerations in M&A
What We're Looking For
- ACA/CA qualified with 0-2 years' PQE, ideally from a Top 6 firm
- Strong analytical ability and financial acumen
- A proactive, highly organised and detail-oriented approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
- A genuine desire to learn and build a career in corporate finance
- Strong academic background (minimum 2:1 or equivalent)
