If so, then we are looking to recruit talented individuals to join our team.
Working with a UK client bank of clients and based within the Midlands, the clients come from a varied background and represent some of the most entrepreneurial leadership teams across the UK. You will be involved in Corporate Finance Lead Advisory including valuations, sale & buy mandates, due diligence, company valuations and fundraising projects (debt/equity and mezzanine).
This Job Will Include
- Managing the execution of M&A transactions and leading on deals, including the negotiating key aspects of a deal and review of legal documentation.
- Producing company valuations.
- Drafting and reviewing client marketing materials, including Information Memorandums and management presentations.
- Financial analysis and detailed financial modelling.
- Attending client meetings and working closely with the team to ensure key deliverables are of a high quality and within the desired timetable.
- The preparation and pitching of presentations for clients, investors and the broader investment community.
- Company and industry research in the context of the origination and execution of transactions including buyer and target research.
- Project management and support of all aspects of deal progression.
- Develop and maintain sector expertise and certain client relationships in these segments.
- Supporting junior members of the team by coaching to advance their learning and to fulfil their potential.

- Prior experience of leading and executing corporate finance transactions.
- ACCA/ACA qualified accountant.
- Demonstrate good written and oral communication skills.
- Be able to deliver on time: respect deadlines and efficiently communicate with the team.
- Ensure production of high-quality documents.
- Enjoy a less structured working environment.
- Be able to prepare detailed financial projections using a variety of Financial Forecasting Software as well as devising and developing Excel-based models from scratch.
- Know how to multi-task and show autonomy and proactivity.
- Be able to interact with clients or business line colleagues on all workstreams.
