Who should apply?

This role will be suited to professionals with the following experience:

  • Corporate Finance professional from a Big 4, CF Advisory, Investment Banking, or in-house Corporate Finance
  • Experience across M&A and/or Capital Markets transactions (debt raising, equity processes, refinancing)
  • Strong financial modelling skills including valuation, scenario analysis, and transaction modelling
  • Experience preparing high-quality presentations for senior stakeholders and investors
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial and market data
  • Commercially aware, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Role and Reporting Lines

This position sits within the Corporate Finance team, working closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders across the business. Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting end-to-end M&A and Capital Markets transactions including valuations, due diligence, and execution
  • Assisting with debt and equity processes including refinancing, funding strategy, and investor engagement
  • Building and maintaining complex financial models to support strategic and investment decisions
  • Conducting market, sector, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy
  • Preparing investment memoranda, board packs, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing relationships with advisors, lenders, investors, and other external parties
  • Partnering with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, including expansion and growth projects
  • Working across finance, strategy, and operational teams to drive business performance
