Corporate Finance Director
Location: London Liverpool Street (Hybrid working)
Salary: Competitive salary, bonus, and benefits package
Our client is a large multinational group operating within the energy and infrastructure sector. Following a significant period of growth and investment, they are seeking to appoint a Corporate Finance Director to join their London-based finance team.
Reporting to senior leadership, this role will take responsibility for leading and supporting strategic financing activities across the business, with a particular focus on debt financing, capital structure, and funding strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead the origination, structuring, and execution of significant debt financing facilities.
- Manage relationships with banks, lenders, investors, and external advisers.
- Support financing strategy, capital allocation, and liquidity planning activities.
- Lead negotiations of financing documentation and commercial terms.
- Prepare financial analysis, models, and materials for senior management, boards, and funding providers.
- Support refinancing activities and future capital raises as required.
- Work closely with treasury, legal, and commercial teams on strategic transactions and financing initiatives.
- Monitor debt covenants and financing obligations across the group.

Requirements

- Extensive corporate finance experience within large multinational organisations.
- Demonstrable experience leading debt financing transactions from origination through to execution.
- Experience of significant debt facilities, project finance, or structured financing arrangements.
- Previous experience gained within a listed environment or large private equity-backed multinational organisation.
- ACA or CFA qualification preferred.
- Strong financial modelling, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate effectively with senior executives, boards, lenders, and external advisers.
