We’re Coadax - an ambitious and growing strategic advisory boutique - and we're looking for a passionate Assistant Director/Director to join our expanding team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of something exciting, with big ambitions and a clear vision for the future. With your financial experience and transaction execution skills, you will work with us to support the growth of our M&A / Corporate Finance Advisory team.

At Coadax, we’re driven by the success of our clients, working collaboratively to help them achieve their goals. As a key member of our team, you’ll deliver high-quality M&A services while playing an active role in building our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead mid-market M&A transactions from strategy to completion.
  • Advise business owners on exit strategies and manage sale mandates.
  • Support company acquisitions by identifying and evaluating target opportunities and completing the deal.
  • Execution on private equity transactions, MBOs, fundraisings, and valuation reports.
  • Craft and review Business Plans and Information Memorandums.
  • Develop and deliver pitches and proposals to secure new business.
  • Proactively originate new opportunities and build long-term client relationships, demonstrating a proven ability to win work.

  • Qualified ACA or Corporate Finance professional.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, standards, and analysis.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, financial modelling, and report writing.
  • Skilled in crafting clear, compelling Business Plans and Information Memorandums.
  • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Experience managing projects end-to-end with confidence and precision.

Key competencies you will need:

  • Demonstrate experience of managing projects.
  • A keen eye for spotting commercial opportunities and a passion for delivering business growth.
  • Confidence and resilience in developing networks, generating leads, and converting them into new mandates.
  • Highly motivated, ambitious self-starter willing to take advantage of the opportunities this position offers, but also a team player.
  • Working successfully for and with our clients in a flexible manner when needed.
  • A team player with a supportive and friendly attitude.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
