Description
We’re looking for a commercially driven Executive to play a key role in our expanding Corporate Finance team. If you’re passionate about deal-making, thrive in a high-performing environment and are ready to make a real impact with exciting clients and transactions, this is your opportunity to take your career to the next level.
As a Corporate Finance Executive, you will support the business advise on a range of transactions and advisory services, including:
- Buy-side and sell-side advisory
- Fundraising and growth capital investments
- Valuations, strategic advice and financial modelling

Key Responsibilities
- Support corporate finance transactions from inception to completion
- Build strong relationships with clients and advisors
- Contribute to pitch meetings and support the team’s ongoing growth
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm
- Supporting Partners and Managers on project delivery
- Manage research and analyse transactions and sector analysis
- Prepare financial valuations and analysis
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- ACA or ACCA qualification (or equivalent)
- Strong financial analysis and Excel skills
- Confident in presenting and articulating findings
