About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly successful and growing Corporate Finance team that advises entrepreneurs, privately owned businesses, investors, and management teams on a wide range of strategic and transactional matters.
Working as part of an experienced advisory team, you will support clients through key stages of their business lifecycle, including acquisitions, disposals, fundraising, business growth initiatives, and strategic planning. This role offers excellent exposure to complex transactions, direct client engagement, and significant opportunities for professional development and career progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the delivery of corporate finance and strategic advisory engagements across a diverse client portfolio.
- Manage transaction processes from inception to completion, including acquisitions, disposals, fundraising assignments, valuations, and financial due diligence projects.
- Provide commercially focused advice to clients, helping them evaluate opportunities, manage risks, and achieve their strategic objectives.
- Prepare and review high-quality reports, presentations, financial analyses, and client deliverables.
- Build, maintain, and review complex financial models to support decision-making and transaction execution.
- Undertake detailed financial and commercial analysis, producing clear recommendations and insights for clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and manage transaction timetables to ensure successful delivery against deadlines.
- Develop a strong understanding of market trends, sector dynamics, and transaction activity to enhance client advice and business development efforts.
- Contribute to proposal preparation, client pitches, and relationship-building activities.
- Support and mentor junior team members, fostering technical development and maintaining high standards of delivery.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, professional advisers, and key market participants.

Experience & Qualifications
- Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent).
- Previous experience within Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, Deal Advisory, Valuations, or a related professional services environment.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, valuation methodologies, and transaction processes.
- Demonstrable experience managing multiple projects and delivering high-quality work within demanding timeframes.
- Experience managing client relationships and acting as a trusted adviser.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities and risks.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Experience mentoring, supervising, or managing team members.
