Corporate Finance Manager
The Corporate Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial strategies and operations within the Accounting & Finance department. Description
- Lead and manage corporate finance projects, ensuring accurate financial analysis and reporting.
- Provide strategic advice on mergers, acquisitions, and investment opportunities.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement financial strategies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Prepare detailed financial models and presentations for internal and external use.
- Support decision-making by delivering insightful financial data and recommendations.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in the Accounting & Finance department.

Profile
A Successful Corporate Finance Manager Should Have
- A strong educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA.
- Proven experience in corporate finance, preferably within the accountancy practice industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
