What You’ll Be Doing Originate and deliver mid-market M&A transactions Build or scale a sector specialism or client niche Generate meaningful annual fee income, supported by internal referrals Work closely with TS and Debt Advisory teams on integrated mandates
What You’ll Bring Proven track record of originating M&A deals Established network across owner-managed or PE-backed businesses Demonstrable fee generation capability Commercial credibility and a delivery-focused mindset Collaborative approach - no ego, no inflated pipelines
