Corporate Finance, Retail, Consumer & Leisure – Senior Manager

About This Role We are recruiting a Senior Manager to join our Retail, Consumer and Leisure Corporate Finance team, a market-leading group of sector specialists advising on high-profile mid-market transactions. You will play a key role in executing transactions and supporting origination activity, working with entrepreneurs, private equity and corporates across a fast-evolving consumer landscape. This is an opportunity to play an important role in complex deal execution, contribute to client outcomes and contribute to the continued growth of a high-performing team. We are looking for an experienced M&A professional with strong commercial judgement and a track record of delivering transactions end-to-end. What your days will look like: As a Senior Manager, you will combine strong execution capability with support for our origination and business development. Your day-to-day will include: Leading day-to-day transaction execution, managing workstreams, timelines and key stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes Supporting origination activity, contributing to pitch development, client targeting and relationship building Applying sector insights to inform client positioning and transaction strategy Acting as a key point of contact for clients and advisors throughout the deal lifecycle Supporting the development of junior team members, providing guidance, oversight and on-the-job coaching This role is for you if: You have strong transaction execution experience, ideally including experience within the Retail, Consumer and Leisure sectors You have experience delivering end-to-end M&A transactions, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively You are commercially aware, proactive and able to contribute to both execution and business development activity You demonstrate leadership within deal teams, supporting and developing junior colleagues What you’ll receive from us: No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions.
