Corporate Finance Senior Role in Maidstone

Our client is a top 20 accountancy firm in Maidstone. They are an award-winning accountancy firm and offer exceptional service to their client base.
Description
- Assist in the planning and execution of due diligence assignments.
- Communicate effectively with clients and other internal departments.
- Prepare information request lists.
- Cross-refer and check disclosed information.
- Prepare comprehensive data book analysis based on financial information received.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information and documentation.
- Critically evaluate the information received and identify and explain trends and outliers.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of well-structured and concise due diligence reports.

Profile
- Professional qualifications in accounting or finance (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Experience in corporate finance, or experience in audit with a desire to break into corporate finance work.
- Strong technical skills, including financial modelling and valuations.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to challenges.

Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £60,000, depending on experience.
