Corporate Finance Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Bristol / Hybrid, GBP 75,000+ (DOE)
We're looking for an experienced Corporate Associate to join a growing corporate team in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a thriving practice with an impressive client base, excellent quality work, and clear opportunities for career progression.

This is a team where collaboration comes first. You'll work closely with partners and colleagues across the firm, gaining exposure to a wide range of corporate work rather than being confined to a narrow specialism.
Skills Required
Applications are sought from Corporate Finance Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE. You will have a strong grounding in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures, shareholder arrangements, and general company law. It is essential that you have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and work well within a team environment.
