Corporate Partner Birmingham National Law Firm

Salary: Six Figure Package + Excellent Benefits + Equity Prospects

An ambitious national law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Partner to join its highly regarded Birmingham office. This is an exceptional opportunity for a commercially driven lawyer to become part of an established and successful corporate team, working alongside recognised experts while playing a key role in the continued growth of the practice.

The Role

Joining a thriving Corporate team with an enviable client portfolio, you will advise on a broad range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, management buyouts, shareholder agreements, corporate restructures, joint ventures and general corporate advisory work.

This is a strategic appointment and the successful candidate will be expected to play a leading role in developing the practice, strengthening existing client relationships and generating new business. You will work closely with colleagues across banking, commercial, employment, real estate and tax to deliver seamless advice on complex, high-value transactions.

The Candidate

Applications are sought from experienced Corporate Partners with a demonstrable track record of winning and retaining high-quality corporate work. You will have an established reputation within the Midlands market together with a loyal network of clients, introducers and professional contacts capable of generating future instructions.

You will be recognised for delivering commercially focused advice, building long-term client relationships and leading successful teams. Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking and a genuine appetite for business development will be essential, as will the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across the wider firm.
