Role: Corporate Finance Expert
Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)
Job Type: Contract
Payout: $50 - $58/hour
Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Corporate Finance Expert to work on a contract basis. The role involves providing strategic financial guidance to support business decisions and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities include analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and advising on capital structure and investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Prepare and present financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses to senior management.
- Conduct financial due diligence for potential investments or acquisitions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and mitigate risks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, or related fields.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and data analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and financial reporting requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial concepts clearly.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, global business environment.
