Imperium Financial Recruitment are acting as an agency on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded insolvency practice in Stockport, who are seeking to recruit a Corporate Insolvency Administrator to join their growing team.
This Opportunity Is Suitable For Either
- An experienced Corporate Insolvency Administrator
- An IVA Administrator looking to transition into the corporate insolvency sector
The successful candidate will work on a varied portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, with duties including closures and variations, alongside wider case administration responsibilities. The firm offers a supportive environment with genuine long-term progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing corporate insolvency cases from inception through to closure
- Preparing closure documentation and handling case variations
- Liaising with directors, creditors, solicitors and other stakeholders
- Drafting reports and statutory documentation
- Supporting senior staff on a range of insolvency matters
- Ensuring all casework is compliant with current insolvency legislation and procedures

Requirements
- Previous experience within corporate insolvency or IVA administration
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines effectively
- A professional and proactive approach to case management
