A top-tier international law firm with a thriving 170+ lawyer London office is seeking a Corporate Innovation & Knowledge Lawyer to help shape the future of its transactional practice.
This is a high-impact, non-fee-earning role for a strong corporate lawyer with genuine interest in legal technology, AI and innovation. You'll work closely with partners and fee-earners across Private M&A, Private Equity, Joint Ventures and Public M&A to:

- Develop the team's knowledge and innovation strategy
- Build and maintain market-leading precedents and automation tools
- Drive AI adoption and legal tech integration across the practice
- Lead training, thought leadership and client-facing knowledge initiatives
- Translate market intelligence into practical workflows and firm strategy
What we're looking for:
- Strong corporate/M&A background (private and/or public M&A, PE)
- Genuine enthusiasm for legal innovation and technology
- Excellent analytical and systems-thinking skills; comfortable translating unstructured problems into structured solutions
- Strong written communication for client-facing and internal thought leadership
