Unique Opportunity in Corporate Associate/Lawyer (Private Equity) – Contract Basis

About the Role

A busy, growing consultancy supporting leading Private Equity firms seeks a flexible contractor on a 2-4 days/week basis, offering remote working and flexible hours.

Ideal candidate: A Corporate Associate/Lawyer with Private Equity deal experience, seeking true flexibility.

Provide hands-on support in a small, fast-paced team, including:

  • Drafting and managing engagement letters for PE transactions
