Firm Overview Timothy Loh is a Hong Kong-based corporate and dispute resolution law firm, renowned for itswork with top global legal entities and sophisticated clients. Recognised as a leader in multiple practice areas, the firm is expanding with the launch of its London office, seeking a senior corporate lawyer to bridge Hong Kong and international legal practices.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Work alongside the Head of London and senior Hong Kong leadership to establish and grow the London office.
- Provide corporate and commercial legal services, focusing on:
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), especially private equity and financial sector transactions
- Capital raising and fund formation
- Insolvency and restructuring
- Regulatory, employment, and tax advisory
Requirements
- Qualification: Law degree
- Experience:
- 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE), with at least 3 years in Hong Kong law matters
- Preferred: MEading venture from an international law firm
- Languages:
- Fluent written and spoken English (mandatory, professional-grade standard)
- Mandarin Chinese proficiency (highly desirable for local and cross-border work)
- Core Competencies:
- Pragmatic, commercially acutely aware, with a keen attention to detail
- Independent, reliable, and capable of top-tier executive leadership
- Exceptional ability to prioritise and deliver under pressure
- Strong organisation and client management skills
