Corporate Lawyer – Private Equity | 6-Month Contract | London

An international law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer with a strong private equity background to join its London office on an initial six-month contract.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-quality private equity transactions alongside a highly regarded corporate team, advising sponsors, management teams and portfolio companies on a broad range of domestic and cross-border matters.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales or another common law jurisdiction.
  • Experience advising on private equity transactions gained at a leading City, international or US law firm.
  • Strong technical drafting and transaction management skills.
  • The ability to integrate quickly into a busy team and manage matters with minimal supervision.
  • Availability to commence the assignment at short notice.
