The Role: Corporate Lawyer

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert, corporate legal advice across a broad spectrum of matters, including:
    • Entity formation and governance
    • Complex transactions and strategic projects
  • Draft, review, and negotiate bespoke corporate and commercial documentation to meet client needs.
  • Support clients through M&A deals, investments, joint ventures, and restructuring, offering compliant and commercially astute solutions.
  • Advise on corporate compliance, risk mitigation, and regulatory obligations proactively.
  • Build trusted relationships with founders, executive teams, and investors while driving repeat business and referrals.

  • Aligned incentives: Begin with a 70/30 split (you retain 70% of fees), increasing to 80% once you hit the target.
