As an award-winning energy consultancy, we work with organisations ranging from SMEs through to large corporate and multi-site businesses across the UK.
Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Corporate Lead Generator to join our high-performing Corporate Key Accounts Division.
We’re seeking a commercially minded professional who can engage confidently with senior decision-makers, understand complex business energy requirements, and create high-quality opportunities for our Corporate Energy Consultants.
What We’re Looking For
We are interested in ambitious, experienced professionals who can demonstrate:
- Proven success in B2B energy lead generation, appointment setting or business development
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders including Directors, Procurement Managers, Operations Directors and Finance Leaders
- Strong commercial awareness and the confidence to discuss complex customer challenges
- A strong understanding of ESG, market dynamics, and the wider energy landscape
- Experience with fixed and flex frameworks (preferred)
- The ability to hold mature, consultative business conversations with larger corporate organisations
- Excellent communication, questioning and relationship-building skills
- A highly professional, resilient and target-driven approach
- The ability to identify opportunities, overcome objections and create genuine customer value

The Role
As a Corporate Lead Generator, You Will
- Identify and engage large commercial and corporate organisations across the UK
- Generate high-quality opportunities through strategic outbound activity
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Understand customer energy challenges, procurement strategies and operational requirements
- Qualify complex opportunities and gather meaningful commercial intelligence
- Manage and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline
- Deliver against ambitious yet achievable targets within a high-performance environment
- Represent GEAB professionally and position the business as a trusted energy consultancy partner

- Industry-leading basic salary with exceptional earning potential
- Commissions of up to 30%
- Monday-Friday, 08:30am – 16:30pm – no evenings or weekends
- Incentivised early-finish Fridays
- Generous breaks: 15 minutes morning & afternoon plus 45-minute lunch
