We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor or Legal Adviser to join our growing team in Crawley.
This opportunity would suit an individual with a few years’ post-qualification experience who is confident in managing their own caseload with minimal supervision, while also supporting Partners on larger and more complex transactions. The role offers excellent scope to further develop technical expertise and commercial awareness within a collaborative and supportive environment.
You will play an active role in the continued growth of the department, including involvement in business development initiatives, networking, and developing long-term client relationships.
We are looking for a personable and motivated individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills, who enjoys working closely with clients, referrers, and colleagues.
If you are approachable, proactive, and committed to delivering a high standard of legal service, this role presents an excellent opportunity to progress your career at a key stage.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
