Position Overview:
We are currently looking for a Corporate Legal and Regulatory Affairs Consultant in Ashford, Middlesex. Our busy team work with all types of export documentation, working closely with our customers and the London Chamber of Commerce to meet deadlines.
The role consists of the following:
- Preparing documentation for authentication by Notaries, the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office and Embassies.
- Register all document requests on our internal database, keep the database up to date in the event of queries and complete files in a timely fashion once a job has been completed.
- Send client invoices where customer procedure allows via email from the database.
- Oversee the legalization of documentation in other markets, forming our international legalization hub.
- Communicate with international CIBT offices/partner agents to address any queries and liaise with clients to remedy any issues.
- Liaise with customers via telephone & email, always maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Arranging the translation of documentation via a third-party agent.
- Ensure that all documents are processed through the necessary steps and clients are charged correctly.
- Basic administrative support may be required.
