Calling all Legal PAs with experience supporting Partners within recognised City law firms! This opportunity would suit a proactive Legal PA who enjoys taking on significant client-facing responsibilities and thrives in a high-calibre, collaborative environment at a major London-based US law firm. Italian language skills would be highly advantageous to support one of the firm's Italian-speaking Partners.

- Manage complex partner diaries, including coordinating across multiple time zones
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external clients
- Coordinate administrative tasks including travel arrangements and expenses, inbox monitoring, diary management, meeting organisation, billing, time entry, mail, and research
- Produce and amend documents and correspondence from handwritten, dictated, or printed material, often to tight deadlines
- Create and update Adobe and Word forms, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel spreadsheets
- Handle telephone enquiries professionally, directing calls and taking messages as appropriate; provide back-up support for lawyers and secretaries
- Assist with onboarding new clients, opening matters, and drafting engagement letters
- Process expense claims accurately and in a timely manner

Corporate Legal PA (Italian Speaking) – Skills & Requirements:
- 5+ years of Legal PA / Secretarial experience working in a similar role within a law firm
- Italian language skills (spoken and written) would be highly advantageous
- Experience supporting Partner-level fee earners
- Excellent diary and travel management and extensive experience booking travel
- Exceptional communication and organisation skills
- Ability to work within a team
