About The Firm:
With offices across Europe, Asia, US and the Middle East, this leading international law, known for their work within the energy, transport and infrastructure sector, are recruiting for a Corporate Associate 2-6 PQE to join their London office.
About The Role:
You will play a key role in advising clients on a wide range of complex corporate matters, including:
- Mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
- Joint ventures
- Corporate restructurings
- Private equity transactions
- General corporate advisory work

This will service clients across a range of sectors, including, across the energy, transport, and infrastructure sectors.
Qualifications and Experience:
You will be an England & Wales qualified Lawyer, with 2-6 years of PQE, with deals experience in complex corporate matters, across M&A, with some exposure to private equity work (although this isn’t a pre-requisite).
Experience or interest in the energy, transport and infrastructure sectors, will also be desirable.
