On behalf of our client, a leading Irish Law Firm, we are seeking an ambitious, Irish or UK-qualified lawyer with 3 to 5 years PQE to join their growing Corporate M&A/Private Equity practice group based in London.

In this role, you will work across the entire corporate life cycle—including private and public M&A, equity capital markets, private equity, venture capital, and corporate reorganisations—advising a prestigious portfolio of global corporations, institutional lenders, and private equity sponsors on high-value cross-border and UK-Irish transactions.
