A leading Silver Circle law firm is looking to appoint a Senior Associate or Associate to its growing Corporate M&A team in London.
The team is particularly active across private M&A and private equity with established sector experience spanning energy, technology, financial services and other investment-led industries. The practice largely advises listed and privately owned businesses, financial sponsors, infrastructure investors, portfolio companies, founders and management teams on complex, strategically important transactions.

The Role:
- Drafting and negotiating SPAs, disclosure letters, shareholders' agreements, joint venture agreements and other principal transaction documents.
- Leading transactions from initial structuring through to signing and completion.
- Coordinating legal due diligence and managing multidisciplinary and multi-jurisdictional teams.
- Advising clients on practical, commercially focused solutions to complex transactional issues.
- Managing junior lawyers and contributing to their development.

Key Requirements:
- Qualified in England & Wales or other common law jurisdiction.
- Experience across private M&A, ideally including exposure to private equity, infrastructure or other financial-investor transactions.
- Strong track record of drafting and negotiating principal transaction documents.
- Experience leading matters or taking ownership of workstreams.
- Excellent analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
