Our client is an Energy trading business based in London, a subsidiary of a large Energy Utility business in Europe.
The successful candidate will be an experienced office coordinator/receptionist, who will enjoy working in a brand-new office with circa 150 staff. You will enjoy a very competitive salary with a generous holiday allowance, in a rapidly growing trading company!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the reception area and provide outstanding customer service to clients, guests, and employees.
- Coordinate meetings, catering, and events for a seamless guest experience.
- Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and Senior Managers to ensure business continuity.
- Liaise with IT support for operational assistance and manage access control systems.
- Collaborate with Facilities Management for general office maintenance and ordering office supplies.
