The firm is led by a Managing Director and Legal Director—both with over 40 years combined experience in top 50 law firms.


The Opportunity

K3 Law’s squad is expanding rapidly following record demand for mid-market M&A activity in 2025. A full-time role has opened up for a Corporate Paralegal to contribute to a diverse portfolio of low/mid-tier corporate transactions:

  • Sell-side / buy-side deals

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in corporate transactions from inception to close
  • Support due diligence & disclosure processes
  • Draft and scrutinise key ancillary documents
  • Provision of commercial & legal research
  • Work closely alongside senior lawyers

Requirements for the Candidate

Preferred Experience

  • Proven background in corporate/commercial paraleging (Not strictly required—but highly valued when gained at regional/firms)

Essential Skills

  • Strong grasp of corporate legal principles (e.g. share acquisitions, deal organisations)
  • Research & analytical acumen
  • Excellent written & verbal communication
  • Impeccable professionalism & discretion
  • Greater Manchester/North West connections

Personal Traits

  • Able to multitask whilst working under tight deadlines
  • Highly detail-oriented organisational skills
