Corporate Partner – Private Equity | International Law Firm | Birmingham

Join a growing international law firm with a strong private equity platform, high-quality clients, and ambitious growth plans.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an established Corporate Law Partner to help drive the next phase of growth within a highly regarded corporate private equity practice. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, entrepreneurial firm that values partner-led growth and long-term success.

The remit will include:

  • Lead private equity transactions including buyouts, growth investments, exits, and portfolio acquisitions.
  • Advise leading sponsors, investors, management teams, and portfolio companies.
  • Work alongside market-leading Corporate, Finance, Tax, and Employment specialists.
  • Play a key role in shaping and expanding the firm's private equity offering.
  • Access a strong international platform and cross-border opportunities.

  • Proven track record in PE transactions.
  • Strong relationships within the PE market.
  • Demonstrable business development and client leadership experience.
