The Role

A strategic appointment within the Corporate team as the firm continues to strengthen its presence across Birmingham and Manchester. Working alongside a highly regarded national Corporate practice you will advise an established client base on a broad range of high value corporate transactions, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, shareholder agreements, corporate restructurings and strategic growth projects.

The team acts for private equity funds, entrepreneurs, management teams, owner managed businesses and large corporates across a diverse range of sectors, regularly advising on complex national and cross border transactions.

There is significant existing workflow and an outstanding internal referral network in place, and the firm is committed to investing in the right individual with genuine autonomy, strong business development support and a clear opportunity to shape the future direction of the team.
